Yet another festive season has descended upon us, with even less warning than previous years.  Not only does Christmas seem to start earlier each year, but we enjoy ourselves so much during the year with our Customers that we feel as if it is Christmas every day of the year!
 
Although you are all aware that TOPS relocated to wonderful new premises, we thought we would give you some post-move information: the TOPS team believes in ‘WORKING BETTER BY WORKING TOEGETHER’, therefore the relocation proceeded very smoothly, with no disruption to our printing cycles.  Throughout this period you continued to receive the ‘WOW’ service to which you have become accustomed, regardless of the frazzled nerves behind the scenes.  Our team is really enjoying the wonderfully bright, clean environment which, coupled with our philosophy of Customer Service, results in a level of Customer Satisfaction that has become a real differentiating factor at TOPS.
 
Our superlative new modern logo and stationary completes the professional image for which we constantly strive – we thank you for your very positive response to our creative efforts. The team at TOPS has had an absolutely wonderful year serving you with pride and enthusiasm, therefore we are taking a well deserved holiday from 15 December 2006, 12h30.  On Monday 8 January we will open our doors to whatever adventures the new year will bring.
